  • Double Touch Ink – First screen printing company dedicated to fencing gear for high school teams.

  • Led Garden City HS Co-ed Foil Team to 4 County Championships and League Titles.
  • Founded Half Hollow Hills Men’s & Women’s Fencing Teams in 2006—now one of Suffolk County’s strongest programs.

  • Helped launch 8 new high school programs.
  • Advocated for the inclusion of epee and sabre in high school leagues.
  • Co-created the Long Island Championship and Section VIII vs Section XI Senior Classic.

With nearly two decades of fencing experience, Coach Conor Daly brings a competitive edge and a deep passion for athlete development. As a former standout competitor, Conor was named Suffolk County Honorable Mention in 2015 and earned First Team honors in 2016, finishing 3rd in the county that season. His competitive success extended to the national stage, where he claimed a silver medal at a North American Cup (NAC).

Now in his third year of coaching, Conor has already made a significant impact:
  •  12 athletes have earned USA Fencing ratings under his guidance
  • 4 athletes have achieved national rankings in Y14 and Junior events
Specializing in épée and sabre, Coach Conor focuses on building strong fundamentals, cultivating a competitive mindset, and providing customized training plans tailored to each athlete’s strengths and goals. Whether you’re new to fencing or competing at the national level, Conor is dedicated to helping you succeed--on and off the strip.
As the leader of the H3 Internship Program, Conor mentors the next generation of coaches, instilling core values of leadership, integrity, and excellence. His commitment to athlete and coach development is a cornerstone of H3’s inclusive and high-performance culture.

Coach James Moore Weapon: Epee
Coach James Moore began his fencing journey at Centereach High School, one of Long Island’s leading programs in the sport of fencing. From the start, James distinguished himself as a dedicated athlete with exceptional talent, quickly rising through the ranks to become one of the top competitors in Suffolk County.
Under the mentorship of Coach Conor Daly, James continues to train and refine his craft at an elite level, transitioning his competitive excellence into coaching expertise. His strong foundation as an athlete and his continued professional development make him a dynamic and impactful coach for developing fencers.
Competitive Achievements:

  • First Team All-County – Eastern Suffolk Conference
  • Second Team All-County – Suffolk County
  • 4th Place – Suffolk County Fencing Championship
  • 14th Place out of 100 competitors – Brentwood Holiday Tournament
  • Selected to the Suffolk County Senior Fencing Team to compete in the prestigious Nassau vs. Suffolk All-Star meet

Coach James brings a strong competitive background, technical knowledge, and passion for athlete development to every lesson and class. His experience as both a top Long Island fencer and a developing professional coach ensures that each athlete he works with is guided toward excellence, discipline, and a deep understanding of the sport.
