H3 Fencing gave me a place to grow not just as an athlete but as a person. The supportive coaches and community helped build my confidence, discipline, and love for the sport, and these are the lessons I carry with me to this day.

​H3 is a wonderful place for kids and adults to learn to fence. It is also a great place for me to find recruits for my Vassar College Men's and Women's Fencing Teams. I know the H3 fencers will always have excellent coaching.
